If you’re new to the Food Journal and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I want you to know that it’s totally ok to choose just one thing from any of the recipes or ideas and start with that. Some people are all in from the start, others prefer to start slow and build
from there. The Food Journal is meant to help you eat plants more consistently, so use it in whichever way works best for you.

There is now a Recipe Index on the Food Journal home page, so you can find past recipes more easily - woohoo! The recipes will show up in the index about a week after they arrive in your inbox.
A season at a time will be kept in the Index as well as the Archives.
